Integrative means I take a blended approach to therapy. I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic, relational and trauma‑focused approaches. In practice, that means we shape the work around you. That might mean understanding patterns rooted in past experiences. Or learning more about relationships here‑and‑now. Often it’s both. Trauma can be a one‑off event or cumulative over time - many people don’t label it as trauma, but they still feel its effects. If it’s part of your story, we can address it at your pace.
