I use a range of therapeutic approaches - including person-centred, psychodynamic, trauma‑focused methods, and CBT - and blend them to fit you.

We’ll identify any beliefs that may no longer be serving you. By bringing them into the light and examining them closely, we’ll create a clearer understanding of yourself and the potential for changes you can feel outside the therapy room.

We’ll reflect on how the therapy is progressing, adapting it to your preferences. This continuous refinement helps you reach deeper self-knowledge and develop clarity, insight and a sense of direction.
